🍇 Muscat Petit Grain with 15 days maceration
Region: Roussillon and Pyrenees, Vin de France
Farming/ Vinification: Organic Farming practices. Wilfried Garcia and his Domaine Cotzé belong to Cerdagne in the French Pyrenees between France, Spain and Andorra. Here he has embarked on a very ambitious project, which has made him the owner of the highest vineyard in France. It is located at an altitude of 1340 meters. First vintage will be in 2024, for now he purchases organic grapes from his friends in Roussillon. In the cellar, Wilfried transports the purchased grapes up to his cellar in the high altitiudes working with natural yeast and as little interference as possible with inspiration from his mentor Tom Lubbe (Domaine Matassa).
Notes: Very light with aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers. Tastes of citrus.
