Farming/Vinification: All 66 hectares are grown by organic farming system, controlled by CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production) the official organism for organic farming production in Catalonia.
Notes: Notes of cherry and strawberry alongside hints of pastry and dry flowers. Fresh and fruity in the mouth with cherry and pear on the palate. It is well balanced with lemon fresh acidity and also displays hints of candy-floss.
