Notes: Tastes of This sparkling wine is aged in bottle for a minimum for 18 months, giving the wine a youthfulness exuberance that will make you continuing to crave more. Cava is a protected style of wine from Spain, mostly produced around Cataluña. However, this affordable gem comes from Ribera (the estate is an hour and half north of Madrid) this is the only producer in the Cava D.O. to produce from Ribera del Duero being grandfathered into the denomination.
