🍇 Mataró (Monastrell)
Region: Catalonia, Spain
Farming/Vinification: Organic grapes harvested manually, looking for the optimum ripeness for each variety. After a light skin maceration grapes are pressed. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at 15ºC and the traditional method is applied with a minimum of 15 months ageing and is released on just after being disgorged.
Notes: Fresh, light and clean with aromas red fruit. Integrated bubbles and a delicate aftertaste.
