Notes: This centuries old wine project began in the mid-19th century. Bernard Vallette is a ardent non-interventionalist wine maker, while a passionate practitioner of Biodynamic farming. He is demonstrably attuned to the cosmic rythmes of the universe to produce the best fruit for his cuvées. The vines are over 50 years old, and are raised on limestone verse the common granite of Beaujolais. Vallette intends this wine to be had year round, verses the traditional season (Autumn) for Beaujolais, thus its name translating to four seasons.
