Region: Bordeaux, France
Farming/Vinification: Organic. Grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Each plot is harvested and fermented separately. The grapes undergo a short 8 to 12 day cool maceration for a soft extraction. The wine is aged for eight to ten months in concrete tanks, after which the wine is bottled without systematic filtration.
Notes: A brilliant ruby hue with shimmering purple hues in the glass. Refreshing aromas of red fruit abound, complemented by a hint of cedar-infused minerality. On the palate, this youthful wine features vibrant red currant, crushed plum and a touch of sweet herbs. An easy-drinking style with a lingering finish, Tire Pé Diem is a delightful red with bright fruit flavors. This wine is an excellent choice for any diner, but especially traditional American holiday dinners.
