Notes: Vincent Gross is a young, enthusiastic winemaker practicing biodynamic viticulture and producing truly exciting wines. Located in the heart of Alsace, only a few kilometers from Colmar, Domaine Gross is a family-owned estate dedicated to the biodynamic philosophy and traditions. They cultivate 10 hectares of vines, and have become more devoted to minimal interventionist techniques, including no added sulfur at bottling.
