Notes: This cuvée comes from two Cru plots in Boscareto and Lirano. This first lot is fermented whole-cluster and then the remaining is cofermented with the fruit from Lirano, maceration lasts for 25-30 days. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 2 years in large botti (1k-5k liters), then a full year in bottle prior to release. This exhaustive progress creates world-class fine wine pulsing with energy, tension and lustrous fruits.
