Notes: : Grapes cultivated in the renowned communes of Dampierre-sur-Loire, Les Ulmes, and Le Puy Notre Dame, nurtured on their clay-limestone soils enriched with flintstone veins; meticulously hand-picked and vinified, followed by a gentle fermentation with native yeasts, after which the wine matures for 7 months on its lees. On April 26th, 2023, a bottling takes place at the estate with no fining or filtration, and a micro-dose of sulphur utilized during vinification. An alluring aroma of toasted white fruits, sugary lemon, lime blossom, and a faint trace of honey. In the mouth, it is sumptuous and round, imbued with rich fruit and body, harmonized by a subtle acidity, extending into a lingering, delicious aftertaste.
