Farming/Vinification: J'aurai Ta Peau means literally “I will have your skin.” This is 90% Roussanne with the remainder being Viognier to round things out. The wine sees about 2 months on its skins before it goes on to age 5 months aging in amphorae; no filtration
Notes: Tastes like not quite ripe apricot and orange, medium bodied with great texture and acidity.
