Farming/Vinification: Biodynamic farming practices. Indigenous yeasts. Some wholecluster and some destemmed grapes pressed off into Georgian Kvevri. Aged in Georgian Kvevri for 9 lunar cycles. Unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfur.
Notes: Balsamic nose with blood orange, anise and mint flavors. Silky tannins and bright acidity. Easy drinking wine with a long, savory, mineral finish. Only 2000 bottles produced.
