Farming/Vinification: Biodynamic farming practices. Gaglioppo from Calabria (1500 feet elevation), hand-harvested and de-stemmed berry by berry, then spontaneously fermented in Tinajas di Orozco (large amphora) with 14 days on the skins. Unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfur.
Notes: Dynamic, lively and crisp with underripe blackberries, dark red fruits and a hint of sea salt. A great structured red wine!
