ABV: 13%, Sugar: 1g/L

PH Level: 3.26, SO2: 6 PPM

Winemaking: De-stemmed by hand. Half whole berry fermented, half crushed. Fermented in stainless tanks. Aged in Lebanese amphora for one year, and in bottle for a year before release. Uninoculated, natural Malolactic Fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.
