Notes: As Milan puts it himself, “an addictive mix of the pinotish je-ne-sais-quoi and cheeky Moravian spice. Wine to be smashed thoroughly chilled, along with some food – nothing more, nothing less. 10% ABV only so that you can drink it all night long…” This wine goes carbonic maceration gives it a youthfulness and brightness. The bottle is jammed full of minerality, acidity and fruit. Notes of Cranberry, raspberry and cherry incorporated with some blue fruits on the back. On the palate there is beautiful earthy notes and spice. Pair with good friends and a comedy show!
