Farming: Regenerative Oragnic
Region: Finger Lakes, New York
Notes: Sourced from two vineyards on Seneca Lake. The vine age of the two sites is over 40 years old. One of the sites are heavy in silt loams, while the other in contrast has shale stones. This wine is naturally fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. In addition to this, the wind is aged on gross lees for four year. Due to its vinification, this wine is richer and more textured. The result is a bold, complex Chardonnay that delivers intense aromas of citrus and stone fruit, with hints of toast and vanilla. Enjoy with a wide range of meal pairings from salmon to roasted vegetables.
