Region: Mosel, Germany
Farming/Vinification: Peter Thelen was lucky enough to come across some pretty vaunted vineyards in one of the coolest parts of the Saar, made famous in the last decade by Hofgut Falkenstein. We are so happy to be partnering with this small young estate.
Notes: Off-dry. There is a touch of residual sugar, but finish is dry, crisp and mouth watering bright. Delicate with aromas of lime zest, papaya, star fruit, rose-scented turkish delight, key lime pie with the crust on.
