Notes: Skin contact [orange] wine made of trebbiano with a beautifully extended maceration for 45 days in old barriques. The nose is powerful with wildflowers, herbs and notes of smoke. Crisp and refreshing, the palate is distinctly tangerine and stone fruits finishing with honey and embraced strongly with minerality. This bottle is vinified without temperature controls, unfined, unfiltered no additional SO2. Pair this with something grilled like jerk fish or Filipino monkey sticks.
