Region: Mokelumne River, California
Farming/Vinification: Natural, Biodynamic farming practices. 100% whole cluster fermentation with native yeast. This wine was racked off malolactic lees and aged for 17 months in a combination of 3-5-year-old barrels in both puncheon and 60 gal barrels.
Notes: Aromas of orange peel, cherry, and anise. Similar flavors come through on the palate with long-lasting acidity and structured tannins. Pair with pizza, pasta, charcuterie, grilled steak.
