Notes: The vineyard crew carefully destemmed and foot-trod the grapes during the initial days, leading to a crisp and aromatic fermentation characterised by rose, musk and blue fruit aromas that evolved into more complex stirrings of paprika and sumac. This wine's alluring complexity was evident during its vilification and barrel-aging, and remains so in the final bottle.
