Farming/Vinification: Organic farming. Dominik Held is a young winemaker from the Rheinhessen region who started to explore natural and low-intervention wine in 2018. In the years since, he has converted 2.5 ha of his father's vineyards to organic farming and then produced his first wines in 2019. Dominik Is always looking for new ways to become more sustainable, for example he wants to reduce the use of copper, build up humus in the soil and take care of a healthy and balanced soil. He treats each grape variety and each grape with the greatest respect for its needs. He wants to express his creativity, identity and taste with the wines he produces.
Notes: Extremely friendly, easy orange wine with just a little bit of skin contact. Light, fresh and crisp, tasting of unripe Mango, peaches and fennel, wild flowers and herbs.
