Shipping Policy

Where We Ship:
We currently ship to most U.S. states where wine delivery is permitted. If your state isn’t showing at checkout, it’s likely due to shipping restrictions—but feel free to reach out and we’ll double-check!

Shipping Carrier:
We use FedEx Ground for all orders. An adult 21+ must be present to sign for delivery (it's wine—rules are rules!).

Shipping Timeline:
Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your box is on its way. If we’re experiencing a delay (weather, wild wine gods, etc.), we’ll keep you in the loop.

Hot Weather Notice:
During warmer months, we may hold shipments to avoid heat damage. 

Delivery Tips:
We recommend shipping to a business address or somewhere you know someone will be around to sign. Missed deliveries are no fun (and can be rough on the wine).

Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your package arrives damaged, or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out and make things right where we can.
